The butter churn is designed to produce butter by churning natural cream. Before use, thick cream must be diluted with warm boiled water or milk (to a temperature not exceeding 27°C) to a liquid state. Do not use too thick or undiluted cream - this may cause the motor to stall.

Fill the tank, leaving at least 15 cm to the lid, turn on the device, set the timer and monitor the process. After 15–30 minutes, the butter will be ready. After churning, drain the buttermilk through a hose, rinse the butter with cold water and remove any whey residue.
