Important: All international orders are shipped only with 100% prepayment. Cash on delivery and cash payments are not available.

All payments are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

Delivery

• International delivery to Europe via Nova Poshta (Nova Poshta Global)
• Domestic delivery within Ukraine – Nova Poshta or courier

Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is calculated individually based on destination country, weight and parcel dimensions.

Estimated delivery time to Europe: 5–14 business days.

Product Availability for Europe

Not all products available in Ukraine can be shipped to Europe. This may depend on product type, dimensions, weight, export restrictions or carrier limitations.

After placing an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the possibility of international shipment, final delivery cost, payment details and delivery terms.

Customs, VAT & Taxes

Customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT and other taxes required by the destination country are paid by the buyer and are not included in the product or delivery price.

Insurance & Responsibility

All shipments are insured for the full declared value of the goods. If you wish to change the insured value, please inform our manager before shipment.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the transport company during delivery.
