Rules of use
Do not touch electrodes. Even with the batteries removed, a voltage pulse (residual charge) may still be generated.
• Never use the device on people.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children.
• Remove the batteries and discharge the device before cleaning the device.
• Do not operate the device in liquids.

Intended use
The device is used as a driving device for cattle and pigs.
It switches off automatically after two seconds in accordance with the Animal Welfare Ordinance.
Any other use, in particular use on humans, is considered improper use.
The applicable animal welfare regulations in each country must must be observed.
Use
1. Place the electrodes (2) on the animal's hind leg muscles.
2. Press the control knob. The device emits a voltage surge for one second. During the voltage surge, a beep sounds.
3. Lower the device again.
Replacing the battery
1. Unscrew the cover on the bottom of the device.
2. Remove the batteries
3. Insert new batteries (3 pcs * 1.5 type AA) and insert the cover again.
ATTENTION! High voltage! Remove the batteries and discharge the device before cleaning. The device can be cleaned with commercially available cleaning products and water.
The device must not be disposed of with household waste.

Ranger Plus Electric Enticer
Ranger Plus is an electronic device that can be used to encourage animals to move around livestock buildings and slaughterhouses.
Function:
The device uses batteries to generate a two-second high voltage pulse through two electrodes, which is delivered by pressing the operating switch.
Animal Welfare:
Follow the national regulations regarding animal welfare and slaughter in your country. If you are in the EEC, follow Council Guideline 93/119/EO, Annex A, which also applies: • 'Electric electrodes may only be used on healthy, intact cattle over 1 year of age and on pigs over 4 months of age that refuse to move. The current pulse can only be applied to the muscles of the hind limbs."

Notes Before using the device, read the following instructions carefully.
• The device generates a high voltage pulse of 5000 V. Do not touch the electrodes. Even when the batteries are removed, the device may still generate a voltage pulse (residual charge).
• Never use the device on people.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children!
• The device is always ready for use if batteries are inserted!
Battery charge:
If the device does not make a sound or does not make a sound for only a week, replace the batteries. "
Replacing the batteries:
Unscrew the 5 screws on the back of the device and insert the batteries according to the printed diagram, then screw the device back on. The device is now ready to use use.
Using the device:
1. Apply the device to the muscle of the animal's hind leg.
2. Press the operating switch.
3. The current pulse starts for 2 seconds.
4. Release the operating switch to stop the current pulse early.
5. Repeat the procedure to apply another pulse.
