Using this Turkish machine is quite simple, but there are some nuances that you should be aware of. First of all, the temperature. To get the maximum cream yield and clean return, the milk must be heated to 35–40°C. If you pour cold milk, the fat will stick to the drum plates, and the separation will be worse. This is the physics of the process, which is relevant for any separator.

Regarding the operating mode. The manufacturer recommends a cycle: 30 minutes of work, 30 minutes of rest. In the realities of Ukrainian farming, you can easily process over 100 liters of milk in half an hour. Agree, few people at home separate such volumes in one go without a break. So this pause is just enough to wash the cans or just take a break.

Separately, I will say about maintenance. The drum is disassembled with a special key (it is included). Yes, washing 18 plates is not the most interesting thing, but this design ensures perfect cleaning of milk from impurities. By the way, you need to assemble the drum carefully: the plates are numbered or have an order, do not mix them up to avoid imbalance.
