The principle of operation of Maltec EGO-02-40W: the trap has 2 lamps of 20 W each. The insect trap operates from a 220 V network. The light emitted by the lamp attracts insects. Insects fly through the protective mesh, then fall on the mesh, which is under voltage, and die. At the bottom of the trap there is a tray for insects. The tray is removable, you can take it out and clean it.
Additional information: works without the use of chemicals, does not emit harmful substances, is safe for humans, comes with a chain for hanging.
The insecticidal lamp effectively protects rooms from flying insects such as flies, mosquitoes, midges and wasps.
The Maltec EGO-02-40W device is perfect for: garden gazebos, large utility rooms, industrial premises (kitchens, meat processing plants, food warehouses, etc.). The high efficiency of the lamp is ensured by the action of two elements: a special light source and an electric-destroying mesh. The ultraviolet radiation emitted by the lamp is absolutely safe for people and pets, and the insulating plastic case guarantees safe and long-term use of the lamp.
Operating Rules for Maltec EGO-02-40W. Read the attached instructions before use. In order to ensure maximum efficiency, it is recommended to hang the lamp at a height of 1.8-2 m, away from other light sources, insects attracted by light rays with the appropriate wavelength die on the grid under voltage and fall into an inconspicuous collector at the bottom of the lamp. To clean the collector, it must be unscrewed and carefully pulled out. The grid is easy to clean with a brush. Before cleaning the grid or insect container, unplug the lamp from the outlet. In order to ensure maximum efficiency, it is recommended to use bulbs specially designed for light insecticide traps.
