Description:

The milking unit is reliable, economical and easy to operate. This unit is widely used for machine milking of goats and sheep in private households and small livestock farms. To achieve standards in the field of hygiene and milk quality, to get the most out of the cow and to prevent mastitis and other diseases, the user must have certain knowledge of the mechanism of the milking machine, to understand how to use it correctly, for which it is necessary to CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

A vacuum unit assembled with a receiver is installed on the chassis (support frame), which uses a vane-rotor vacuum pump with graphite blades that does not require lubrication. The switch is located on the cover of the electric motor. When the electric motor is turned on, a vacuum is formed in the receiver for several seconds. The vacuum value can be adjusted using the regulator located on the receiver.

The vacuum from the receiver is divided into two lines. The first leads to the bucket

and then through the milk hose supplies a constant vacuum to the milk collector. In this system, under the action of a vacuum, milk is sucked out of the animal's udder and gets into a can. The second vacuum line leads to the pulsator. The paired milking pulsator is a device that allows for interruption of the vacuum action in the proportion of 60% suction stroke, 40% rest, while the suction and rest strokes in 2 of the 4 milking cups are in antiphase. This creates the effect of alternately sucking different parts of the animal's udder, which is as close as possible to the natural process of milk letdown.
