The UID-10 M80 milking unit is distinguished by its power and is intended for farmers who have a large herd of cows, since 2 buckets can be connected to this milking unit. The UID-80 M10 unit is intended for milking from 10 to 20 cows, 10 cows per hour with one bucket and, accordingly, 20 cows per hour with two buckets. This unit is equipped with a pump with a capacity of 16.5 cubic meters/hour. The pump is located between two side plates and has a width of 80 mm, the pump in the UID-10 M80 milking unit is oil. The engine in the unit has a power of 750 W, traction, low speed at 1500 rpm, due to this it has a torque greater than other models. The pump is designed to operate at 1500 rpm. With the same power as other units, but with a more traction engine, we get a vacuum performance 2-3 times higher. The unit has an enlarged receiver.

Another important role in the UID-10 M80 unit is played by the wheels, which are made of plastic and solid rubber, the quality of the materials is at the highest level and the main advantage over metal wheels is the absence of rust over time. The noise level of this model is average 55 dB, since the device is low-speed and with a large pump, cows need some time to get used to such noise. But if this worries you, you can put a brass adapter under the pipe on the thread, which is on the muffler and put on a hose or pipe, which needs to be taken outside, then the exhaust will immediately go outside and the room immediately becomes much quieter. In this way, you can achieve a very low noise level, comparable to the operation of a mixer.

Operation of the UID-10 M80 milking unit

The duration of continuous operation of the UID-10 M80 milking unit is 1 hour, if necessary, it can work up to 2-3 hours. Then you can also operate it, but you need to watch the temperature regime. You can use it all year round, at too low temperatures, the oil in the pump can thicken, so you need to give the device half a minute to warm up, and only then connect the milking bucket. It is recommended not to keep the machine outdoors and not to use it at temperatures lower than +5C.
