Public offer (terms of sale) of the FermaTeh online store
This document is an official public offer of the FermaTeh online store (https://fermateh.com.ua) regarding the conclusion of a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Any order placed on the website, by phone or e-mail means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the buyer.
1. Definition of terms
- Online store: the website https://fermateh.com.ua, where goods are placed for sale.
- Seller: Volodymyr Serhiyovych Gontarenko, individual entrepreneur.
- Buyer: an individual or legal entity who placed an order.
- Goods: equipment and components presented on the website.
- Order: the buyer's intention to purchase goods, placed via the website or phone.
2. Subject of the contract
The seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this offer.
3. Order placement and confirmation
3.1. The order is placed via the FermaTeh website or by phone.
3.2. The order is considered accepted for execution after confirmation by the seller's manager.
3.3. Until the seller confirms the order, the order is not a concluded contract.
3.4. In the event of the goods being unavailable, the seller notifies the buyer and agrees to replace or cancel.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Prices on the website are indicated in hryvnias and may be changed until the order is confirmed.
4.2. Payment is made in one of the following ways:
- cash payment upon pickup;
- cashless transfer to the seller's account;
- cash on delivery;
- online payment by bank card.
4.3. When paying by cash, the goods are reserved for up to 3 business days.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out across the territory of Ukraine by carriers or by pickup from a warehouse in the city of Kharkiv.
5.2. The delivery cost is paid by the buyer in accordance with the carrier's tariffs.
5.3. Orders confirmed on a business day are transferred to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier or received upon self-collection.
6. Acceptance of goods
6.1. The buyer is obliged to check the completeness and external condition of the goods upon receipt.
6.2. Receipt of goods means its acceptance without external damage.
7. Return and warranty
7.1. Return and warranty service are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the terms of the "Warranty and Returns" page of the site.
7.2. Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days, provided that their retail appearance and completeness are preserved.
7.3. In the event of a warranty case, the buyer has the right to repair, replacement or refund.
8. Liability of the parties
8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. The seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the work of carriers.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The offer is valid indefinitely until it is revoked by the seller.
9.2. The seller has the right to change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on the website.
9.3. The legislation of Ukraine shall apply to the legal relations of the parties.
