Warranty and return of FermaTeh goods
The FermaTeh online store is a Ukrainian specialized store of livestock equipment, operating since 2019. The seller of the goods is FOP Gontarenko Volodymyr Serhiyovych. All warranty and return relations are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the terms of this page.
Equipment warranty
Equipment purchased in the FermaTeh online store is provided with an official warranty for a period of 12 months, unless another period is specified in the warranty card or product description.
The warranty period begins from the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer, indicated in the sales receipt, invoice or warranty card. Warranty service is the free elimination of defects that have arisen due to the manufacturer's fault.
The warranty does not apply to:
- natural wear parts and consumables (brushes, filters, seals, knives, rubber elements);
- mechanical or thermal damage to cables and housing parts;
- equipment with traces of opening or repair by third parties;
- damage due to violation of transportation, storage or operation rules;
- malfunctions due to unstable power grid parameters or overload.
Return of goods of proper quality
The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt provided that:
- the goods have not been used and have not come into contact with working environments;
- the product appearance, packaging, seals and complete set are preserved;
- a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice) is available.
Delivery of goods when returning the goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Warranty cases (goods of improper quality)
In the event of a manufacturing defect being detected during the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free repair, replacement of goods or a refund in accordance with the law.
In such cases, the costs of delivering the goods to the seller or service are borne by the seller.
Rejection of warranty or return
The seller has the right to refuse warranty service or return if:
- mechanical damage due to improper transportation or operation;
- corrosion or traces of foreign substances;
- damage to seals or control labels;
- use of equipment for purposes other than intended;
- interference by third parties or independent repair;
- force majeure circumstances or actions of third parties.
