This shared installation is designed for farmers who have a large herd of cows, since 3 milking buckets can be connected to this installation and, accordingly, up to 30 cows can be serviced per hour. The third bucket can be connected provided that a vacuum line is organized. The unit itself has two outlets for connecting milking buckets, a pipe is connected to one of these fittings, 3 gas taps are installed, and it is connected not to the unit, but to the pipe itself. The UID-20 M115 milking unit has a capacity of 22.5 cubic meters per hour. The pump between the two side plates is 115 mm wide, and the pump itself is oil. The engine power is 750 W, and the engine itself is low-speed, traction at 1500 rpm. Because of this, it has a higher torque than other models of units, due to this, it rotates the pump itself more. The pump is designed to operate at 1500 rpm. With the same power as other units, but the engine has more traction, therefore, we get a vacuum performance 2-3 times higher.

The wheels of the UID-20 M115 milking unit are made of high-quality, reliable plastic with solid rubber. This type of wheels perfectly replaces metal wheels, which begin to rust over time, and wheels made of plastic and rubber are not afraid of rust.

The noise level of this milking unit is 55 dB, it is not very quiet, the cows need some time to get used to it, but the high noise level is not just like that, but because it is low-speed and has a large pump.

Operation of the UID-20 M115 milking unit

The device can work non-stop for 1 hour, if necessary, it can work up to 2-3 hours. After an hour of operation, it is necessary to look at the temperature regime. This unit can be used all year round, but at temperatures below +5C the oil in the pump can thicken, for the pump to work correctly, it is necessary to warm it up for half a minute before connecting it to the milking buckets. It is recommended not to keep the milking machine outside at low temperatures, for a longer operating time.
