- Using 10-11 wrenches, attach the end barrel (No. 30) to the main body included in the box, tightening so that the barrel does not wobble. Do not remove the diaphragm (No. 29) located on the cylindrical end of the main body!

- Connect the fine adjustment valve (No. 39) to the reducer.

- Turn the safety latch of the device to the ON position.

- Open the valve on the reducer.

- Slowly move the upper valve of the device (fine adjustment valve) to position 1.5. You will see how the bulb begins to inflate and after a while you will hear a click. After this, the bulb stops inflating and goes down again, an explosion occurs. Now your device will fire periodically.

- You can adjust the firing time setting by opening and closing the valve setting.

- If the fine tuning valve (0) is moved to the zero position, the device's firing time increases, if it is moved to the (3) position, the firing time is reduced.

- Use the device during operation from 2 to 20 minutes. (Do not use it on too long or short pauses).

- Lubricate the device with motor oil once a week.

- If you will not be working with the device, close the valve and switch the device to the SAFETY position.

- The mechanical model operates under pressure from the gas cylinder and does not require additional power (which is an advantage over devices that operate under electronic control). One stroke of work (shot) occurs when filling the combustion chamber, using a piezo ignition. The sound wave is amplified by the shape of the gun barrel.

 

 - If you notice that the safety catch is triggered when the device is first started or before starting the device for the next use, 

- When first started, the gas in the bulb may not fill the gas chamber and may not be enough for the first explosion. The sound may be weak or absent. While the fine adjustment valve is in position 2, wait until the bulb is filled again.

- Be sure to check that the silicone hose is not pressed and that it is not snug. The silicone hose may stick to prevent gas from passing. If it is stuck, pull it out with your fingers and return it to its place.
