Not all products available in Ukraine can be shipped to Europe. Availability may depend on the product type, dimensions, weight, export regulations, or carrier restrictions.

Customs, VAT & Taxes

Customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, and other taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or delivery cost.

Insurance & Responsibility

All shipments are insured for the full declared value of the goods. If you wish to change the insured value, please inform our manager before shipment.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the transport company during delivery.
