When it comes to protecting crops over long distances, simple "ratchets" no longer work. The Kurtbomsan electronic propane cannon (Turkey) is heavy artillery in the fight against pests. Mounting on a tripod dramatically changes the efficiency of the operation: after each shot, the barrel rotates, changing the direction of the sound wave. In the basic usage scenario, everything is simple: connect a propane cylinder, set the interval (we recommend starting with mixed mode) and forget about the problem. The electronic unit itself initiates the supply of gas to the detonation chamber and ignition. The volume of the shot is comparable to a shot from a 12-gauge hunting rifle, so animals instinctively avoid this area.

In Ukrainian realities, this model is especially effective in sunflower fields before harvest, when flocks of birds can destroy up to 30% of the crop in a matter of days. The gun is also often used by fish farms - cormorants and herons very quickly understand where it is dangerous. And thanks to the night mode, the device becomes an indispensable assistant for farmers whose fields border the forest and suffer from wild boar raids.

Practical tip: to achieve maximum effect, slightly change the tripod location or time interval settings every 5-7 days. Although the electronics make the process chaotic, changing the position of the "shooter" finally confuses the pests.
