The company’s history began in 1971 under the name Ozer Ticaret. Over the decades, the company has transformed, evolving from a small trading firm into a major manufacturing group. Between 1994 and 2018, the company operated under the name Barbaros Ozer-Barbaros Motor. In 2008, the legal entity Barbaros Motor Makina San. İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. was established to expand export opportunities, and at the end of 2018, the key divisions were merged into a single structure.
