This configuration is perfectly adapted to our cows. Since this configuration includes everything completely metal, reliable, but at the same time the milking system is in pairs, such a system is used in European countries. The principle of operation of the paired milking system is very simple, the pulsators alternately squeeze the two left and two right lobes of the udder, simulating manual milking, due to this the cows are more stable. When there is a paired compression, then during the process two milking cups are slightly raised, while the other two cups are lowered, then the cups change position, so the system begins to swing and due to this the udder is massaged, and it is due to this process that even the tightest cows begin to give milk. Such a system is considered more correct in relation to cows, as it is more natural.
The bucket lid in the milking machine AID-1 Euro aluminum is aluminum, has 2 outputs, the paired pulsator is placed on the lid through a tee. One output is put on the lid, the paired pulsator is inserted from the side, and a vacuum hose is connected from above. A milk hose is put on the second output through an adapter. The bucket included is a standard aluminum 20L. The milking unit itself also has wheels, so you can easily move the unit. The main advantage of this unit is that it is virtually silent, the noise level does not exceed 40-45 dB.
The cow milking unit includes 2 m long food grade silicone hoses. You can also extend the vacuum line from the unit to the milking bucket up to 15 m if desired.
The milking unit comes with an oil pump and a 750 W motor, the pump itself consumes no more than 550 W, such a reserve is given if the voltage is less than 220 V, the motor will be able to operate normally with a power reserve of 200 V. One of the advantages of the milking machine AID-1 Euro aluminum is that the pump and the motor are separate, therefore, in case of a breakdown, you will not have to change everything, but only the broken part.
