Vacuum pump UID-10 (115) oil for milking units
The UID-10 (115) vacuum pump is a key element of milking equipment that provides stable vacuum for the operation of milking machines. The oil-filled type of pump guarantees smooth operation, high reliability and durability even during intensive operation on farms.
This vacuum pump for the milking machine is used as part of the UID-10 and AID-2 installations and is suitable for farms with medium and large livestock.
What task does a vacuum pump solve?
For effective milking, a stable vacuum is necessary. Using a poor-quality or weak pump can cause problems:
- unstable operation of the milking machine
- stress in animals due to uneven milking
- decreased productivity
The UID-10 pump provides a uniform vacuum, which directly affects the quality and speed of milking.
How to choose a vacuum pump for a milking machine
When choosing, it is important to consider:
- productivity - must correspond to the number of cows
- pump type - oil models work more stably and quietly
- installation compatibility
The UID-10 (115) model is a proven solution for standard milking systems.
When should you choose this particular pump?
- replacement of the standard pump in UID-10 or AID-2 installations
- farms with medium and large livestock
- the need for stable and continuous operation
Advantages of oil vacuum pump
- stable vacuum without drops
- lower level of wear of parts
- long service life
- reliability under prolonged loads
Practical features of work
The oil pump requires regular oil level monitoring to ensure its durability and stable operation. With proper maintenance, the pump will last much longer than dry analogues.

Why proper performance is important
Insufficient performance leads to unstable vacuum, and excessive performance leads to excessive energy consumption. Therefore, it is important to select the pump according to the specific milking unit.
When is it better to choose another model?
If you have a very large farm or milk a large number of cows at once, you may need a more efficient pump.
