Milking machine KhZDO UID-20 M115 Euro aluminum
Equipment:
Stainless steel milking cups;
140 ml collector with aluminum base;
20 l aluminum bucket;
Aluminum bucket lid;
Paired milking system.
This equipment is perfectly adapted to our cows. Since this complete set is completely metal, reliable, but the milking system is in pairs.
The lid in the milk can is aluminum, made for 2 outputs, the paired pulsator is placed on the lid through a tee. One output is connected to the lid from the side and the paired pulsator is inserted, and a vacuum hose is connected on top of it. The milk hose is put on the other output using an adapter.
This milking machine is designed for farmers with a large herd of cows. The UID-20 M115 Euro aluminum milking machine has a capacity of 22.5 cubic meters / hour. The pump is located between two side plates and its width is 115 mm, the pump is oil. The engine power is 750 W, and the engine itself is low-speed, traction at 1500 rpm. Because of this, it has a higher torque than other milking machines, due to this, it scrolls the pump itself more. The pump is designed to operate at 1500 rpm. With the same power as other devices, but the engine has more traction, so the vacuum performance is 2-3 times higher.
One of the advantages of the UID-20 M115 Euro aluminum milking machine is its wheels, they are made of high-quality reliable plastic with solid rubber. This machine for milking cows is slightly noisy, 55 dB, it is not very quiet, the cows need some time to get used to it, but the high noise level is not just like that, but because it is low-speed and has a large pump.
Operation of the milking machine UID-20 M115 Euro aluminum
The machine can operate continuously for 1 hour, if necessary, it can work up to 2-3 hours. After operation, after an hour, it is necessary to check the temperature regime. The milking machine UID-20 M115 Euro aluminum can be used all year round, but at temperatures below +5C, the oil in the pump may thicken, for the pump to work properly, it is necessary to warm it up for half a minute before connecting it to the milking buckets. It is recommended not to keep the milking machine outside at low temperatures.
