Application
The stationary milking unit SDU-1 is used as a central vacuum unit in milking rooms. Suspended parts and milking buckets are connected to it, forming a complete machine milking system.
A dry pump with graphite vanes creates a stable vacuum in the 18 l receiver. This ensures uniform vacuum even when several milking stations are operating simultaneously and prevents vacuum pulsations.
In farm conditions, the unit is often mounted on a wall or frame in the milking parlor. The vacuum is distributed through hoses to the suspended parts, which allows for stationary milking without moving the unit.
The SDU-1 is compatible with most Bartech suspension systems and Turkish kits. This allows for flexible configuration of the system for cows, goats or sheep depending on the needs of the farm.
