Milking machine Protek AID-1 Standard
Equipment of the milking machine AID-1 Standard:
stainless steel milking cups;
20 l aluminum milking bucket;
collector with aluminum base;
polycarbonate collector cover;
aluminum milking bucket cover;
synchronous milking system.
In the milking machine AID-1 stainless steel, the milking cups are made entirely of stainless steel, due to which they are durable and reliable.
In the milking machine AID-1 Standard there is synchronous milking system - this is when all four cups are connected to the distributor and squeezed simultaneously. The collector cover in the AID-1 milking machine is made of polycarbonate, it is transparent, this is necessary for correct operation when milking a cow, through the transparent cover you can see when the cow has run out of milk. The milking bucket in the kit is a standard size, aluminum for 20 liters. The hoses in the AID-1 Standard milking machine are made of food-grade silicone, 2 m long. If necessary, you can extend the hose, but only the one that runs between the unit itself and the bucket. And the hose that goes from the cups to the bucket cannot be extended, because it is impossible to clean the entire length of the hose. The key feature of the device is that it is very simple, it is easy to repair, with tools that are in every home. Also in the AID-1 milking machines, you can extend the vacuum line from the unit to the milking bucket up to 15 m.
The AID-1 cow milking machine comes with an oil pump, which is a big advantage, since this type of pump is reliable and durable. Due to regular lubrication with oil (about 1-2 times a month), the oil pump will serve you for about 10 years.
Another advantage of buying the AID-1 Standard milking machine for milking cows is the ease of its repair, since this device was first developed in 1976, and has only improved since then, all parts are available, and everyone has tools for repair.
