Application
The teat liner is installed in the milking cup and comes into direct contact with the cow's teat during milking. It is this part that creates the tightness and correct vacuum mode, which determines the animal's comfort and the efficiency of milk collection.
8-S silicone rubber has increased elasticity and wear resistance, making it suitable for daily use in farm conditions. It does not absorb odors, does not crack and retains its shape even after prolonged use.
For proper selection, the rubber fitting diameter should be 2–3 mm larger than the hole in the cup. This ensures tight fixation and tightness of the system without air leakage.
Care and recommendations
- Periodically carry out heat treatment every 6 months
- Do not immerse in boiling water when installing.
- Regularly check elasticity and shape
- Replace if there is loss of elasticity or cracks.
